The Compostual Existentialist

Wordpress flavour with added crunchy bits

Modern Britain

In modern Britain,

Every male you don’t know is a potential paedophile. More so if they work or are interested in working with children.

Every male youth is a potential mugger.

Every male accused of rape or murder is automatically guilty.

Every person walking behind you in a dark alley is going to murder you.

Every coloured male is a potential criminal or rapist.

Every person travelling through an airport is a terrorist.

Every youth walking alone at night is carrying a weapon of some sort.

Every unemployed person is a dole cheating scumbag.

Every teenage girl pushing a pram or walking with a young child is a single mum.

Every friendly old man is evil or mentally unstable.

Every person you don’t know on a bus could potentially kill you.

Every politician is on the take.

Every priest or vicar does dodgy things to children.

Everything the media tells you is the truth

Every voluptuous woman is overweight

Every thin woman is bulimic or underweight

Every male on the internet is just out for sex

Every female on the internet is really a 40 stone male trucker.

And yet, except in cases of defamation, we’re told we’re innocent until proven guilty.

Strange world we live in.

Once, long ago, I wrote frequently on Livejournal. I then moved to Blogspot, where I discovered that blogging requires an audience. So I moved back to LJ. Then over to Dreamwidth, back to LJ, up the road of self hosting with Muckybadger before giving up entirely and moving over to Wordpress. It was at that moment I decided I would spread my compostual nonsense simultaneously across the blogosphere like some rancid margarine. And so here I am. I am a badger. But then I'm not really a badger. I am a human. With badger like tendencies. I am a writer, a film producer and a social commentator. I am available for Breakfast TV shows, documentaries and chats in the pub with journalists.
